The word Karma comes from the Sanskrit word for action. Karma is the law of cause and effect. It is equivalent to Newtons Law of Motion. Every action has an equal action. We have all heard the saying "you reap what you sow." Most of us have a general perspective and understanding of Karma yet many of us do not take responsibility for our karma. We tend to blame others for our misfortunes and problems in our life. In order to change you have to change your internal, the internal change will automatically change your external.
